🎄 Christmas Shipping Policy

We ship Christmas magic to homes all around the world. Here is everything you need to know to get your decorations in time for the holidays.

🎅 Recommended Christmas order-by dates

To enjoy your decorations for the whole season, we recommend ordering by:

  • United States & Canada: November 25
  • Europe & United Kingdom: November 20
  • Latin America & rest of the world: November 15

These dates are recommendations based on typical delivery times, not guarantees. The earlier you order, the sooner your home feels like Christmas!

📦 Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. During the peak holiday season (late November to December) processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Estimated delivery times (after shipping)

  • United States and Canada: 7 to 20 business days
  • Europe and United Kingdom: 10 to 25 business days
  • Latin America: 10 to 25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days

Carriers are extremely busy in December, and weather or customs inspections can cause delays.

🎁 Pre-order & personalized items

Items marked Pre-order ship as soon as stock arrives, as shown on the product page. Personalized items are made just for you and need an extra 3 to 7 business days before shipping.

💳 Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. Large items, such as Christmas trees and outdoor decorations, may have higher shipping costs.

🌍 Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Tracking & address

Please double-check your shipping address - especially if you are sending a gift to someone else. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipping.

❄️ Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived when expected, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page and we will make it right.
