We do our best to show every ornament, light and decoration as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different on screens, and handmade or natural-look items may vary a little. Measurements are approximate.

Holiday discounts and promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless indicated. Prices and availability may change without notice, and popular Christmas items can sell out quickly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pre-order items

Items marked as Pre-order ship when stock arrives, as described on the product page. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Please review names, dates, text and photos carefully before ordering - personalized items are made exactly as submitted. You confirm you have the right to use any images or text you send us.

7. Lights & electrical decorations

Follow the included instructions and use lighted decorations only with the correct power source for your country (plug type, voltage, batteries or solar). Outdoor items should be installed as recommended. Never leave lights unattended for long periods.

8. Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates and recommended Christmas order-by dates are described in our Shipping Policy. Holiday dates are recommendations, not guarantees. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes paid by the customer.
